Wild mushrooms are a treasure hidden in our woods and forests, so why not pick a few for your dinner table. In the morning Tina will give an introduction to mushrooms, how they grow, identification techniques and the things to watch when gathering mushrooms. This will be followed after lunch by a field trip. Participants are asked for rainproof gear, a small sharpknife and a basket for collecting mushrooms (no plastic bags).
