Cheese Making - revised
The only such course in the country! Covering all aspects of cheese making including cultures, equipment and facilities. Day 1 will take you through the full production cycle of a hard cheese. Day 2 revolves around the production of yoghurt and soft cheese, including quark, fresh herb cheeses and cheese in oil, with hands-on experience in the production process from start to a finished sample to take home. Includes tasting of various cheeses.
Starter kits will be available to buy on the day.
