Participants will learn how to cook for their blood type, including different approaches to apply the blood type diet to meet their individual needs. Learn which are your individual super (benefiial) foods, which foods to avoid, suitable food substitutes and meal planning.
We wil prepare a tailor made lunch suited to all blood types.
We will explore online resources, suitable cookbooks and other specific books to address lifestyle and diet changes. Recipes and information will be provided in handouts.
